Hi,
I have a Seagate ST3320620AS that had firmware AAC on it, I had heard there was newer firmware out now that increases performance a bit. So I e-mailed seagate and got the firmware from their tech support. Now I followed the instructions exactly as told and made a floppy to boot from and ran their flash.bat, it found the drive and said it was "Attempting to read dld00.bin" then it said "Completing firmware upgrade" and had a little 5 minute timer, after waiting the 5mins it said Timeout. It then told me it was done and to cycle the power. After cycling the power the drive isn't detected by my bios anymore. So it seems to me the firmware update they sent me was botched and was curious if there's anyway for me to fix this.

Thanks
