my hdd (wd 80gb) have problems

when i turn On HDD its can Detect and working Normally BUT after i turn off HDD and i want to turn on again MY HDD can Detect (looks like die) no spin, no sound.

I have try the HDD connect in the other CPU, but the problem still like that.

Can anyOne explain me why my HDD like that ....?????
AND
Please give me a problem solving my HDD...WithOut recycle it.

probably some PCB problem. If the data is not important, forget about it.
