I have a Seagate ST336607LW that spins up loudly and is not readable. The SCSI controller can see it but cant get to the data. Since my PC3K doesn't support SCSI I cant diagnose this thing. My concern is that worst case it is a bearing/spindle issue, but I am hoping for a PCB problem. Does anyone out there have the PC3K for SCSI and would you be willing to take a look?

UPDATE* Based on the research I have done it looks like a translator issue...A PC3K SCSI might just do the trick.

Thanks!
