Spindle seized . The cause : shock or drive dropped or severe overheat leading to "grip" , regardless what the user said

(only in a few case it was simple mechanical failure). Prepare to spend $$$$$$$ (or €€€€€€€€ or change the symbol to your currency).

Agree , u could check too by terminal log, if u got Buzz...text surely its FDB problems like hddguru´s told u

Very Very Common Issue In those Drive ,Its Impossible To Move the Platter .a Hardware Tool To Take The Platters Out And Then Free The Sindle Motor Or Complete Swap toanother drive will help .If You Are Not into DR field i will Suggest you Send It you Someone Who Does ,If you Are Invest In These tools and LEarn And Make Money .

Sometimes even the big companies refuse to do some jobs. DOn't know why...
