Two options:

1. Figure out how to image hard drives with bad sectors
2. Send it to a data recovery company (disk imaging is a relatively inexpensive process)

I don't believe you have sufficient technical ability for option 1. The command I'd use is quite simple - "ddrescue -n /dev/sda /mnt/windows/resc.img /mnt/windows/resc.log;ddrescue -r 1 /dev/sda /mnt/windows/resc.img /mnt/windows/resc.log"

Describe how the drive is detected in disk management.
