To teach newbie or not to teach?

I have been wondering this topic for sometimes "To teach a newbie or not to teach?", if we start teaching vast majority of public about data recovery we ended up getting junk or second or even third hand recovery. This has been happening to me recently. The success rate of getting the data from 2nd or 3rd hand is sometimes very minimal.

Data Recovery is a common household name now, every where you look there are data recovery/computer shops ie competition, I agree competition is good, but I would not like to compete with a hard drive which has been tweaked around by newbies.

So the question is should we keep out trade secrets SECRET or reveil it to the public?

Not to teach. If someone want to be trained have to pay me. Something is public, the rest is not. Period.

Data recovery is not a Static issue. Its Dynamic. Day by day you have to be updated. Otherwise you r failure.
In my view, Self-Development is best for learning dynamically.

If I teach I can give him/her guideline, but the learner have to use his own brain and have to acquire knowledge with self development.

Not to worry, there many "secrets" in older pc3000 manuals.

I know some top world class best professional DR companies with best
web sites offering super duper miracle cures and they too lazy to even
know some simple "secrets" (as in above).

So if the pros can't do it the newbies won't either.
Just a few really hard working people will progress.
Besides, these days spare parts (IN STOCK) is very important to build business.
Only a few newbies will find money to buy stock.

So, just tease newbies - 90% will fade away. (the lazy ones - 1 click types)

Besides end users (the one with money) too lazy to find MHDD anyway, so the future for "real" experts is quite safe.

Im think this " The experience cannot be shared, its imposiblle until now u tried to teach a people who doesnt know nothing the experience from a people who has all lhis live working on a field" we can share between us, from the people who really is working, that people who spent´s many years of his live on this field, night´s without no sleep, people who really has the idea of this job and im think its part of I+D , and its the way like BIG Companies bought people with knowlegments, & experience.

IMHO we should not share what we have learnt from our hard earning knowledge to other , UNLESS you know that person regularly contributing in this forum.

For me i do not share my knowledge to newbie or people who have few posts, instead I ask them to go to their closest data recovery company.

Sharing is good but in this kinda business we are in, sharing is a suicide. If you want to learn there are plenty of ways to learn but it takes time like all of us do take times to learn and research yourself. If you just want easy ways then you are a dumb ass and should not be in this business industry.

Dont be a smartass by teaching, you probably know very little knowledge about hdd recovery but hoping to gain lots of "thanks" from newbies. BlackST is right.
