WD10EACS-00ZJB0 Pink Exclamation

Driv doesn't click, acquires with correct model and size but scans pink exclamation on MHDD. PC3000 doesn't seem to support this model yet. Any idea?

What family is this? It might be supported by Salvation Data with the latest update. Sounds like a translator issue.

Does UDMA PC3000 support this? Maybe you can try A-FF too?

Agree too, but be carefull, we had check this models, has tendence to head crash a horrible head crash wich, damaged all magnetic coating just receive one wich unfortunely was unrecoverable by this problem :cry:

You mean only one head in the stack crashed so the drive starts and pink ' ! ' is the result? Strange, but everything can happen.

try to use "spider" or "tornado" family
