Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Hello,
I have a Seagate 7200.11 1tb drive that I got about 3 months ago. Tuesday it stopped working and is not recognized by the bios. (no clicking, drive does spin up) I am a technical competent person and I feel like I have tried all the DYI options available to me. After some research I believe that my data is recoverable, however none of the local data recovery shops in my area have performed this type of recovery before. As the drive does not show in the bios most can't even diagnose the problem. There appears to be a large number of people on this forum that have the skills to recover my data. So I'm asking for help.
I am looking for a Seagate 7200.11 data recovery expert in the Northern Virginia area. If you are one or can reference a good one, please PM me.
Thank you for your help,

This is a known issue with 7200.11 drives and requires specialized hardware and knowledge to recover.

I knew that before submitting my post. I am looking for someone/some shop/some company that can perform the recovery in my area.

Although it seems like it sometimes, data recovery shops, especially competent ones, are not on every street corner (At least not by me). Have you considered shipping your drive to a place where your drive and data will be safe?

What price range do you expect the recovery charge to come to?
