OS not detect WD5000AAKS SATA 500G

Hi Gurus

I have WD5000AAKS SATA 500G, Bios detect the hdd but inside the OS not appear i a want

to recover my data

IF the drive is seen as ZERO capacity : need HW+SW like PC3000 UDMA to work with the drive. Send it to a pro near you to recover the data....
Otherwise you may have a logical issue with partition.
Too few info about the problem for a diagnose.
