Another 7200.11 bites the dust

December 29th, 2008, 15:41

Hello All,

I have a 3rd now Seagate 1TB 7200.11 drive which has failed (got the clicks then not recognized in Windows, Bios hangs on it) in the last week after 3months of usage. I've been reading all about the trials and tribs of these drives. They seem to get the pro data recovery types salivating.

Anyone have a recommendation for DR in the Chicago area?

Thanks in advance

Anton
