Ok so i ran hd regenerator and it didn't find any bad sectors.
But it did find 65 delays, and smart reports that my drive is failing and so does my OS.
I have tried everything i can think of so far, what would you guys suggest?
and no my drive isn't clicking,it's brand new.
seagate barracuda 320gb sata.

Copy the data you want to keep to a new drive and sent this one back under guarantee with a copy of the smart report.

Try rma it, don't know if they will change it. Anyway you'll likely have in return a refurbished hdd.
