HDS728080PLAT20 firmware trouble

January 15th, 2009, 13:05

I have a hitachi as mensioned above and it has firmware trouble. It clicks once then comes read but track 0 is not found. on PC-3000 it says that the module SRST is damaged. I have managed to get hold of the module but it fails to write to the damaged drive. Has anyone had this problem. What criteria do i have to match to be able to fix the module from a donor drive. Thank you all in advance
