Hi gurus!

it would like to know if somebody had success in similar case here… hdd was in one marries that on fell with hdd, and had bound varies times trying to have access the data… platter has risk in the not circular area of rest and some risks in the center of platter as it can see in photo :mrgreen:

Hello sempre we got two cases two years ago arrived from another DR company they left like unrecoverable , we got some data thanks GOD on that case, was head crash on land zone and on a little like "middle " of platters. but u should check to magnetic dust
