ROM version YN100-16 for HM080HC

I need ROM image for Samsung HM080HC version YN100-16. A PCB would be handy, but ROM image is satisfactory as well...

Sorry, the proper ROM version is AM100-16.
the port bits were instable, that's why I missed it in the first time.
