ok im not sure what is wrong but about a month ago i tried to format my usb HD to NTFS it was orignaly FAT32 and now ive tried everything to fix it and nothing works! i even tried some of your programs on this site. i noticed whenever i run the programs and try to re-format the light that is in front of the HD case turns RED when it is supposed to be blue
