Hi to all!!!
after exchange of head not clicking, but not yet access the data, makes a strange noise but hd is ready, can be alignment problem?
or with pcb/rom?

You head swap hasnt worked. The drive is initialising from ROM only.
The SN above gives this as WDC-ROM SN# XYZ----

what was drive doing at the beginning?
