cannot starting windows

somebody help me pleasezz..my laptop are in trouble.. I am using windows vista. my laptop cannot starting the windows. I don't know what is the error.. when i switch on the laptop, the command box will appear to fix the problem. so i let it to fix that, but nothing happened after that. So what should i do now?

On Vista this is a normal function when you turn on your laptop hit F8 and go into safe mode. Inside safe mode there is a reset function that you can use to restore your drive back for 1 week or more. Normally that will do the trick with vista. Most of the time it does that is because you have installed a software that is not compatiable to Vista. Try that

Thank you Starling,poehere for your opinion.. Actually I already fixed the problem. I reinstall the windows. Now can use my notebook back. :)
