Got a Fujitsu from a macbook in; Found a donor 100% match
Model: MHV2120BH PL
Part no: CA06672-B55600AP
date:2006-11
Apple code: 655-1307B
Transplant heads; was sure to be EXTRA careful as I have been told these drives headstacks are extra touchy with even slight bends, etc.
Before: Drive would just click and stay BSY
After: Drive will click ~4 times; attempt to calibrate and then reach DRSC DRDY, but no ID.
?? Firmware ??

Have you got any tool to access the SA ? And why you had to perform a head swap - what was the drive history ?

I have an Insight which can access SA
This drive came in; clicks and stays BSY
after swap,
Attempts to calibrate, clicks, and then gives DRSC DRDY, but no ID
attempts to access the SA do not work.
Was hoping someone had seen this before

Like you said, heads are fragile.
Put the heads back into the donor and see if they work. If they don't:
1. They were damaged in process, or;
2. The Fuji has media damage which killed the new heads
