deskstar read speed slower than write speed

write speed-when i create some dummy file
read benchmark
do some diskcheck(hdd regenerator from hiren bootcd) but takes too long so i cancel it
i already do LLF and still can't read file from my hitachi HDP725050GLA360.
i don't think my hd is dead, there must be something can be done to repair it
