I've seen the model name embedded in FW modules. That ought to settle it, if you can view it . . .

Well, I stand corrected. Apple branded drives typically also carry an abbreviation of the family name with an A or S at the end (i.e. HAWKA, MERCA, etc.) These particular drives are labeled FALCA but I guess Apple just labeled them incorrectly, as the firmware reveals they are indeed Eagle. I've never seen it be incorrect before, so that's what I was going off of. I've also seen a few websites describing xxHBxx drives as Falcon, so I wonder where they all got the wrong info from?

Interestingly enough I see that one of the aforementioned websites listing HB drives as Falcon has changed it to Eagle sometime in the last two days.
