hi
has anyone used the updated salvation platter swap tool with the seagate 7200.11 500gb drives. i have asked salvation if it will work and am told that it works with drives with a spacer angle of 120 degrees i havent checked the spacers any further yet

Doesn't work. Has nothing to do with the spacers. The tabs that hold the platters are too thick to fit in between the space between the platter and the HDA case.
The only drive I have been able to get it to work on (that I had around) was a 4 platter Maxtor drive...lol.
