the hd doesn't power up.
I looked for similar posts in the forum and i've already tested vst with multimeter with no lucky: somewhere there is a short but i can't figure out where it is. So i bought this hd:
SN: 5PL15WNT
MODEL: ST9100825A
PN: 9AH439-020
FW: 3.05
DATE: 06461
SITE: WU
CT: 29A860183T530T
HP: 395298-001
LOGIC BOARD: TH COMPUTER #TH1066
?: 100374823 D 3645DQGZ
PCB: 100346102 REV B
100gb 2.5" PATA
I swapped the pcb and i tested it with no lucky. I can hear the the motor and the head but ubuntu or mac os can't recognize the hd.
So my question is, is the logic board wrong? I need to look for another logic board?
Thanks
Pole
