WD4000KS-00MNB0 with H2 failed unable to clone

Hi guys

I have a WD4000KS-00MNB0 clicking continuosly, after H2 disabled the drive calibrated but failed to clone, all modules are ok including translator but cant access the data.

Anyone know the solution please PM me. thank you.

I know the solution, but you need to replace the MHA and do the alignment for get the data.
I can help if you are not able to do that.

Hi,

If u want to align it U need precise tooling. It will cost u some $$$$ not to mention the knowledge..
Also we can help you with that problem, if interested.

I think Ace has a solution for cloning around a bad head in their next release. Check their forum to be sure.

I'd be inclined to do that first and then do the MHA swap if I could.
