low level format tool wd-caviar green 1tb

hi people, im having issues wirh my 6 months western digital hard drive, i believe the problem initialy was not extracting saftely the device, cuz is an external hd
well a week ago when turned on the drive nothing happened, just the funny noise of windows, went to disc managment and got this

well, first i tried to format mbr, found no program that could recognize the drive, so decided to low level format and loose almost 400gb of important data (shit)
then installed LLF tool and it runs well if the external hd is turned off, but when i execute LLFT with hd on i get this errors

after pressing ok

and then dunno why the program oppens like this

i saw the format option so selected it and after 1 sec from confirming the formating finishes like this

but of course my hd remains the same TOT
note: i remark the program runs well, only when xternal hd on i get those errors
sooooo people does any1 have any idea of what can i do?????
