Hello,
I am looking for a WD laptop hard drive, for heads change:
WD1200BEVS-60LAT0
DCM: HCTJABN
I have been told DCM is very important. Please let me know, what's the closest match I need to get, to make it work again.
Thank you in advance.

Have you done a head exchange on one of these before?

Yes, but drive is clicking. I think, heads are not compatible.
Also I know, with WD there a slim chance to recover it.
Any suggestions?

You've already changed the heads?
What was the full model and DCM of the donor you used?

Yes. I used heads from:
WD1200BEVS-00LAT0, with DCM: H0TJBNB

Insufficient compatibility.

Agree.
btw, were any of the heads detached from the arms when u removed the HDA?

Well, I said heads I used are not compatible.
The two out of four heads were visibly damaged. It could be even bad media (but there is no scratch).
Please let me know, what would be the closest match to this model for heads change:
WD1200BEVS-60LAT0
DCM: HCTJABN
Thank you.
