Quantum Prodrive LPS

i have one HP SERVER from 1990, with one SCSI Quantum Prodrive LPS Hdd .
that "server" boot before and run one program for copy machine.
now the "server" boot and i have Hardware error on drive, and then try to boot from floppy...
i have one same donor working drive and i try to swap the PCB...
after PCB swap i have again the same error ..."Hardware Error"...
