There was a problem with the power and after that the hdd not initilizing.
I tried to make one ROM backup but it gives one read error after a while.
I have two donnors HD300LD with same firmware WK100-12 but I suppose the broken hdd have different firmware.
On these donnor drives I can backup ROM without any problem so I thing is a ROM corruption on broken hdd.

Power problems usually not makes ROM corruption on Samsungs.
This must be something else...

1) The possibility of a rom corruption due to power is 5%
2) a PCB from same drive shold work ONLY IF the drive has COMPLETELY functional firmware (some faults are tolerated, other not and the drive will spin down)
3) you can have non native PCB because users do crazy things
4) PC3000.... uhm.... You can read the ROM, can you write it then if you suspect it is the problem?

note that the ROM is embedded and ROM is not everything...
5) I would check all the rest with known good PCB. If possible.

I'm sure there is one incompatibility between firmware from donnors and bad hdd, I already bouth 2 donnors hdd but without success.
Both donnors have firmware WK100-12 and was boutgh from diferent sources without posibility to check firmware before to buy.
So I'm sure I need one ROM( or maybe one PCB) from one HD300LD with different firmware than WK100-12.
So if somebody have it ... I want to try.
And one more thing is there any posibility to know what firmware have the broken hdd in this situation ?

HD300LD has WK100-xx firmware and in my stats there are NO variants, I have checked all the drives I have. A working PCB MUST start the drive, otherwise the drive itself has problems.
Incompatible firmware gives precise symptom.
You didn't have the terminal log so I don't know what's going on at startup.
If we are sure the firmware has not been touched, NO attempt has been done to upload any FW (BTW, it's T133 architecture....) to the drive, then I think the drive has MHA problems or MC damage, OR media damage, or a combination of such problems. Did you ask PC3000 support ?
NOTE : I use MY stuff to work on samsungs.
