Can you just tell me how you discover that your disk have Service Area problem ?, can you teatch me how I can do this ? how I can discover that the problem in such kind of disk is Service Area ? please ?

The answer not so foolish.
many of these, new out the sealed packet, drives report some
"fw" error and they working fine.
The answer is inviting the question to be a bit more specific,
like :
"wrt0 / 1 don't read"
