Yes. Most probably bad head(s). Open drive and check before pwr on further.

somethimes damaged pcb make hdd head knock as well
u should try pcb swap before open hdd

Try a hot swap, see if you can access SA?

Guys, tried hotswap and managed to get access to SA, hotswap and it makes a clicking and BSY.
