Seagate drive (Momentus 7200.1 ST910021AS) HELP!!!

Can anyone help me with the issue I have with Seagate drive (Momentus 7200.1 ST910021AS)?

The drive was functioning well before I shutdown. When I started the drive next day morning it didn't boot. Ofcourse I had a USB encolsure so I went ahead and popped in this bad drive in it and connected to working PC. At one point I was able to get 3 files out of it and then 4th file was a VHD(virtual disk) file which failed. This file was about 20GB and copied about 3GB before it hung.

Now, my drive when connected doesn't popup in windows explorer right away but after 5mins or so it lists but I can't access it. There are vibrations and spinning happens to drive but can't get the data out.

Please help.
