I have 2 WD3200AAKS drives, one of there PCB controller boards were destroyed when I accidently plugged the SATA power string into a PCI-E power output on my modular PSU by accident, the other drive is fine as it was on another string. Can I swap the PCB boards from one to the other and atleast pull the data off before RMAing it?

yes, and can break the 2 warranty as well, it depends on the distributor, who sold them.

Quick update,
swapped the logic boards the drive spun up windows could see everything, but all files showed 0 bytes. I was able to image the drive and restore it with no issues and am now able to read all my data!!
Thanks everyone for the help. Wonder if wd will take the Rma on the drive.
