Hello guys I have a case of a hard disk of 80GB that SP0842N sansung my client informed me that fell from the table postanto am for analysis of terminal log any help is welcome, thank you all.

Swapped the heads for reading, and was compatible donor same problem, got the head of alleged problems reading the disc and put donor functioned normally or is read-head can not be. the disc has small scratches at different post photos tomorrow as I am not in a laboratory at
