Samsung sp4002h 40 gb not working after low level format

i have an samsung sp4002h,40 gb hard disk it was showing 41 bad sectors then i tried to do low level format with wipe tool but that was showing error in reading offset then i cancel the low level format but after that its not working its now showing 200 bad sectors and it was showing space 0 gb then i did bad sector repair by flobo hard disk repair then it start showing the full space i.e 40 gb but hard disk is still showing 200 bad sector its got detected but now working plz tel me is there any way to repair this waiting for quick reply .

That good ol' drive is gone I think.
sell it for someone as parts and buy a new drive.

i know its only an 10$ hard drive but it would be gr88 if u tell me how to fix this i will sell this after fixing it and here no body buy hard drive for parts. plz plz tell me how to fix this. one partition of 18 gb is working fine but another partition don`t work .

You want to sell a $10 HDD that you know has bad sectors (and getting more by the day)?

guys its not about money . if i will try to repair this i will learn something thats why i am asking again and again how to repair this if anybody wanna explain i will be very thankful to him.

It seems to be the sad truth...
We already came up with some ideas, but none was sympathic, we spent some time (well over what this thread is worth), and probably nobody wants spend more time on a $10 issue.

ok guys i understand that tjis thread is not worth becuase of the hard disk costs only 10 $ but it can be happened to many hdd which cost alot because of importanat data or something else.
