WD2500AAKS no ID

This drive spins up and sounds very normal. Drive reaches DRD and DSC but will not ID. PC3K says "RAM table reading Cmd sending error Drive is not ready." when I try to launch utility.

I just want to double check my thoughts before I go ahead with this one.
