Encrypted files recovery

August 27th, 2009, 23:14

Hello. Hope i'm not gonna upset somebody with my post...and if i will...my apologize...i recently recoverd some file...more exactly My Documents from an external hdd..but all of them are coloured in green, encrypted and i cannot access them...i went in safe mode..i make myself owner of the files..but still nothing. The client trow his old computer so ataching the hdd back it's not a solution, plus he don't remember his admin password. Have any of you guys deal with something like that and if yes, how can i remove the encryption from the files?
Thank you very much in advance.
