Western Digital SATA Drive wd1600AAJS

hello, i need some help

I have a western digital 160 GB hard drive (wd1600aajs) that after a power falure is no longer detectd in the system bios.

I have change the PCB with an identical drive, but still nothing ????

This can be different problems.
Anyway, a simple pcb swap usually not solves problems, but makes more...
If you want your data, ask some pro near you for help.

Specialist equipment is needed to maintain compatibility between the firmware on the HDD and the code in ROM of the PCB. Simply replacing PCB is useless. Professional help is needed.
