TVS diodes with a marking code of "KVP" are 12V unidirectional transient voltage suppressors made by General Semiconductor (Vishay). The bottom line is a date code.
For example, "KVP 83A" is a TPSMB13A 600W part manufactured in 200(8), in the (3)rd month, and A is a " factory designator".
