Hello all
I have a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11
S/N - 5TE045MX
Firmware: SD35
The HDD was part of an external drive - i have mistakenly dropped it on the floor when HDD was working.
ever since i can't use the drive.
windows does not recognize it.
I have tried MHDD, but with no success - MHDD does not recognize the drive neither
when plugged in to electricity I hear some low vibration noises coming from the HDD (like a cellphone vibration) they last for ~1 sec approx in an iteration of every 2 seconds.
i also unplugged the PCB no signs for any burned part there. PCB looks fine.
any clue? anyone? what could it be and can I fix it by my own?
Thanks in advance to all the guru's...!

1. The bearing is seized.
2. No, you can not fix it yourself.

3. Hard case even for most pros, forget about doing it yourself.

I'm sure he can, if you'd set up your web cam to show him how . . .
