Hitachi VLAT 164GB Motor problem

Hitachi 164GB VLAT motor stucked.

anyone have an idea how to release the motor and make it spin normally ?

I built a tool for this purpose. Often it frees the motors, but does not always work all of the time, depending upon the condition of the bearing.
