Need Control board for Seagate: ST9120822AS FW: 3.CAE

I am having the same problem I need to replace my board on the following hard drive

Segate Momentus 5400.3 120 GB

SN 5RM05RNK
Model: ST9120822as
PN: 9s1133-042
FW: 2.CAE

Date 07473
Site: WU

Please HELP!

I have such a PCB, but based upon the "odds", I doubt it will solve your problem . . . . heads / media issues are much more common in this series than PCB failures.

I've got a stack of these PCB's, accompanying the stack of drives with failed heads and damaged media.

Is your drive spinning up and making clickin noises by any chance?
