Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

I believe i need to send this drive in. It is the second drive to fail in a RAID 5 configeration. Due to my own stupidity, I unknownly left about 20% of my data unprotected.
I've been building computers for 25 years, read your forum for some time, etc etc, i realize this is over my head if I have a decent shot of seeing my data again.
What i am asking is for a REPUTABLE place that can handle this in the Las Vegas area, or should I ship it somewhere?. There are waaaay too many computer hacks out there that don't know what they are doing.
I do have a spare working, identical drive I purchased along with the other three drives in the RAID 5 array.
Thank you.

we have very good experience with internal problems with Raptors and we experts in RAIDs
Please send the whole RAID, it is very possible that the last drive in RAID are about to die and it can be much more difficult to recover your data if it happens
If you decide to ship it to us I strongly suggest to choose our Chicago lab
