ST31000333AS Drive shows valid ID, shows RDY but

Seagate ST31000333AS 1TB drive with FW, CC3H. This drive powers up, shows proper ID and comes to RDY but no access to the user data.

The terminal will show this instead of F3>

Any idea??? Thanks in advance!!!!
