You can solder 4 wire to the spindle's solder points and to the pcb directly.
This will work, it that is all the problem.

I can not guaranty 100% that the water enter the drive, the one place that i see is the filter place.
When the water had contact with the PCB it should have a SC and the PCB have burned in some chips.
Is possible that when the PCB get burned or SC the pre-amp get damaged or the motor get damaged also ?
When i open one disk and i see 10 HEADS 5 plattes ....... wow ..... anyone haved change heads or plattes in this model with sucess ?

1, check the water entered or not!
It is important, before start.
2, preamp is more than safe than not safe fortunately.
3, heads changing, it is not a problem.
But platters.... uhm...

Hi Janos,
I check the drive and the only way to enter some water it was by the filter in the cover.
But inside the disk and the filter is clean so i think the water as not there.

Yes, i think too.
Now you can replace the pcb and move the NVRAM, solder the spindle, and get the data.

Is this really necessary for this disks working ?

did you broke it?

This is a limiter and protector as well if i am right.
You have more disks, so i think the best if you replace it before start...
