WD2500BEVT-60ZCT1 Firmware needed

October 28th, 2009, 18:19

Hello,

I am in need of firmware including resource file (loader) for WD2500BEVT-60ZCT1.
SD would be my preference but I should be able to make UDMA work as well.

Thanks & I appreciate it as always.

T1 does not tell anything here...
it should be a number like 00020021 or something like that. U can check ROM module 4F for that version.

Hi,

I also have a problem with WD3200BEVT-60ZCT1 drive. Firmware Revision is 13.01A13.
This drive was originally inside in a HP RDX cartridge (Q2041A).
BIOS and HDD-info softwares can see all drive parameters, but can't read/write the disk.
I guess that HP put a special FW to that, what do you think?
Is it possible to replace the firmware, or revive this drive to use as a normal HDD?
Thanks, in advance.

Greetings,
TF
