Fujitsu MHV and MHW SA

I have a quick question. Can anyone tell me where the SA is located on MHV and MHW drives.
Inner track, outer track?

Outer track i believe, I have recovered data from MHV with physical damage near the spindle by preventing the heads reaching that area. The drives still started up.

I had success in a Fujitsu MPG with a scratch near spindle.
