WD Passport drive connector to ACE or SD

hi there,

i have find some problem here. I have WD Passport that need to copy the data using Data Extractor or Data Compass, its SMART error i think. But there are no SATA or IDE interface, it's only USB. Did u guys has find this problems before ?? Any solution for this ??

You need to bypass the USB controller on the pcb.
If you don't know how to do it, send it to someone.
