cant open directory on Maxtor 320GB OneTouch4 Mini Portable

I have a directory on this hard disk which includes all my important datas.Now everytime when I try to open it,I've faced with a error like this :
This Directory is not accessible.Directory Curropted
how I can fix this problem?plz help if someone know how I can fix this.I've got very important data on that directory.

Try some regular DR software, e.g. Getdataback, R-Studio etc...
