7200.11 not coming on terminal

hello gurus
i have got a typical 7200.11 case, with SD15 firmware. This disk does not come on terminal though right baud rate was selected, What could be the reason?
I cant do any work because of this. Any suggestion will be welcome.

Disk gives its typical Led Error when pcb is connected,but after removing pcb it simply does not come on terminal.

i had same issue, the thing is the hard drive needs to be conected to the sata power. or else you wont get anything in the terminal.
you need sata power in hard drive + pcb conected (to not get the error you need the paper masking the pcb conection to the hard drive like you see in the "fix").

conecting pcb alone didnt give me any hyperlink data, only after i gave disk the sata power.
