Hitachi HTS424040M9AT00 & HTS424030M9AT00 head

I have a Hitachi HTS424030M9AT00 with bad heads, just wondering if HTS424040M9AT00 is compatible? both have a pair of heads and looks identical.

I tried this in the past and it worked.
Should be ok.

thanks Dobre, i tried but failed, the donor head moving back and forth erratically, i will give it another try on different donor.
