Hi sirs,
from a customer i have received this model (see attachment) that seems to be refurbished ( if you look at the image uploaded, a new label was applyied over the original one and also inside the assembly over the coil magnet a pencil number was written even if the hdd seemed sealed...

)
Anyway, i'm looking for a heads donor.
the P/N shows only 14 alpha characters: 288311CQB08336
can some one tell me what to look at in this case? Which part of the alpha code to find the correct machting?
Thanks in advance and best regards.

Hi,
First of all, this drive is not refurbished, i think.
Additionally, samsung not always print the assembly code to the top lid.
So you need to find another way to get the matching mha....

I meant that the number "1" hand written on the magnetics of the coil with a pencil while the box seems sealed, does let you thing that someone has opened the box and than re-sealed it. I have never seen it before, anyway.
So, i am at the beginning of the question. No alpha code matching outside for a successfull head replacement?
Looking at the alphacode stamped on the head itself? Or else?
Can someone share this knoledge i would be grateful.
Best regards

As I speak also Italian :
1) The top label was put by dealer / wholesaler
2) how can you be so sure a head swap is needed ? What was the procedure for diagnose as the drive was sealed ?
3) About the rest, safe donor matching criteria on these drives are a little bit more complex, but personally I cannot help (sorry).
